Doug Warshauer

Doug Warshauer is the founder of Kessler Warshauer Ventures, an private equity firm focusing on investments in ecommerce but with investments in a wide range of industries including retail, allergy products, and technology. For the last fourteen years he has also been co-CEO of Restaurant Discount Warehouse, an ecommerce distributor of restaurant supplies. Prior to forming Kessler Warshauer Ventures, Doug was Executive Vice President for Mergers and Acquisitions at Standard Parking.

Doug is also the author of the book “If I’m So Smart…Where Did All My Money Go?” which won the Axiom Business Books Bronze Medal in the Personal Finance category for 2010. He received a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.A. in Cinema Studies from New York University, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
